Hello. I created a face accessory back around July 12th that was a mouth for my group. There were no problems with it until around a month later on August 20th, where it was taken down for “Spam.” I did the appeals, and both were denied. I have no idea why it would be flagged for such as it’s not explained and I’ve only uploaded that particular mouth once. I do have another version of the mouth that is without the fang (it uses the same model but different texture), and that has remained on the marketplace.
To have the accessory be reinstated or be given clarification as to why this particular one was flagged as “Spam” as an effort to avoid this problem in the future.
Submit an appeal via Roblox Support and they’ll give you a final decision with an explanation, written by a human. This is not a bug report—-this category is not a place to appeal moderation decisions.
The marketplace asset with Asset ID 100878697451897 was correctly taken down because it violated Roblox’s Marketplace Policy on miscategorization (you uploaded a structure resembling a mouth as a hat accessory instead of as a face accessory, which is not allowed).
