UGC bundles removed with missing and incorrect moderation records

I am reporting what appears to be a moderation system issue involving two UGC bundles and an unexplained account violation.

Skelly Guy

Bunny

Both are normal cosmetic avatar bundles. They were created using the official Roblox Avatar Setup Tool made by Roblox. The bundle setup was generated through Roblox’s own automated process. I did not modify either bundle to bypass validation or misuse any Roblox system.

Both bundles passed moderation and were available on the Marketplace. They were also my two top selling bundles and generated more than 8 million Robux in combined revenue. Their sudden removal has caused a major loss of earnings.

Skelly Guy was removed for Misusing Roblox Systems. Bunny was removed without any clear reason.

I then received a Cheat and Exploits moderation notice. The notice does not identify any experience, asset, file, software or activity. It only says that more details are not available.

Violation ID: 3GuzpwSJtgUIADOOX6QJ9gyizce

These are cosmetic avatar bundles. They do not contain scripts, cheats or exploit code. Since the notice links to nothing, I have no way to understand what Roblox believes I did.

I contacted Roblox Support about Bunny. Support told me that bundle 1555497 was moderated more than 30 days ago and could no longer be reviewed. This is incorrect.

My transaction history shows that Bunny was still available and generating sales on July 24, 2026. Support sent its response on July 27, 2026. The bundle could not have been removed more than 30 days earlier when it was still being sold three days before the response.

My transaction history also shows that Skelly Guy was still available and generating sales on July 22, 2026. This proves that both bundles were actively selling less than 30 days before I contacted Support.

I explained this to Support. They continued referring to an unrelated old account consequence instead of reviewing the recent removal of bundle 1555497. Support repeatedly provided information that directly conflicts with the sales records I submitted.

This appears to involve several system problems:

  1. A Cheat and Exploits violation was issued without any linked activity or details

  2. Normal bundles created using Roblox’s official Avatar Setup Tool were marked as Misusing Roblox Systems

  3. Bunny was removed without a visible moderation reason

  4. My appeal was matched to an unrelated old account consequence

  5. Support was shown an incorrect moderation date

  6. Both bundles were still actively selling less than 30 days ago

  7. My two top selling bundles were removed without a clear valid explanation which has caused a major loss of earnings

The sequence of events was:

  1. I created the bundles using the official Roblox Avatar Setup Tool

  2. The bundles passed review and became available on the Marketplace

  3. Users purchased the bundles normally

  4. The bundles generated more than 8 million Robux in combined revenue

  5. Bunny was still generating sales on July 24, 2026

  6. Skelly Guy was still generating sales on July 22, 2026

  7. Both bundles were later removed

  8. I received a Cheat and Exploits notice with no linked activity

  9. Support rejected my appeal using a moderation date that is disproven by recent sales

Expected behavior

Moderation notices should identify the exact asset or activity that caused the violation. A Cheat and Exploits notice should not be issued without any linked experience, file, action or explanation.

Appeals should be connected to the correct moderation action and date. A bundle that was still being sold on July 24 should not be treated as if it was removed more than 30 days earlier.

Please investigate the moderation records for bundle 1337599 and bundle 1555497. Please also investigate why the Cheat and Exploits notice has no linked activity and why Support is being shown an unrelated old moderation action.

These were my two top selling bundles and generated more than 8 million Robux in combined revenue. Their removal has had a serious effect on my earnings. This makes it especially important that the removals are reviewed using the correct records and evidence.

Please provide the exact reason each bundle was removed. If no valid violation exists, please restore both bundles and remove the unsupported Cheat and Exploits violation from my account.

Bumping this because it has now been two days without any staff acknowledgement.

The issue is still unresolved and continues to affect my earnings. Both bundles were actively selling only days before their removal, yet Support keeps referring to an unrelated moderation action that supposedly happened more than 30 days ago.

I have included clear evidence showing that the moderation records and dates do not match what actually happened. I would really appreciate it if a staff member could review this and confirm whether the issue has been escalated.

It was never made or advertised to work as a glitched or invisible avatar. It was a regular bundle created using Roblox’s official Auto Setup tool when bundles first came out. Any unintended glitch it may have caused came from Roblox’s own systems, not from anything I intentionally added or designed.

My main concern is getting these violations removed from my account, because I had no ill intent when creating or selling the bundles.

These bundles will most likely never be restored as they both no longer pass validation, and a new policy made it so support would refuse to restore any assets that do not meet validation standards.
