UGC DynamicHead FACS poses are wrongly allocated

Whenever I import my DynamicHead which includes the 17 required FACS poses, the FACS poses are allocated to the wrong properties. For example, the EyesLookRight pose will make the character look up, while the EyesLookUp pose will have no effect on the character. I have done absolutely everything the way the documentation describes, yet it does not correctly pose itself in studio. I have repeated this process multiple times with no visible pattern as to why this happens.
I have already published the head thinking it was fixed, but it was not, so now I’ve basically wasted 2250 robux on a broken DynamicHead.
This is extremely annoying and Roblox should really document this process better.

Same is occurring for me. I am new to making DynamicHeads and followed the tutorial so not sure if I was doing something wrong.

After a really long time of messing with this, I realised that this issue is caused by not having the starting frame set to include frame 0 and a frame after the final pose. I can’t believe it took me this long to realise this.
