I’ve been trying to upload my UGC every day for a month now, but it won’t let me for some reason. It’s the healthiest UGC I could have made, but it still won’t let me upload it for some reason.

have you tried giving it tylenol it might have a virus
but there might be some weird stuff going on in the mesh or size that you may have missed.

Hi @KruKraZ, could you provide a screenshot of the request in your browser’s network tab? Here is how you can do this:
- Navigate to the the page in your screenshot and configure the item as desired.
- Open your browser’s developer tools (usually F12 or right-click → Inspect).
- Click on the Network tab.
- Click the publish button.
- In the network tab search bar, type “collectibles”.
- Click on the failed request (it should be colored red).
- Click the “Payload” tab within the network tab.
- Take a screenshot of the payload.

Okay, looks like the description you entered for your item was a single space, which is why the publish failed. Your description must be non-empty and cannot only contain whitespace characters. Sorry that the UI did not make that more clear.
