You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:
- What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
- Creation of an accessory without the below issue. Maybe someone has experienced this issue and knows the root cause.
- What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
- When converting a mesh to an accessory, using the Asset Creator in roblox studio, and then inserting the accessory to an R15 Rig, the below edges seem to show.
In blender, the geometry seems to be just fine:

- What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
After a couple of hours I have tried the below:
- Shading the mesh flat (blender)
- Changing the texture (roblox studio)
- Converting to an FBX then to an OBJ before importing to roblox studio
- Ensured the vertices do not overlap (merge vertices by distance)
- Ensure the geometry is optimized (blender)
- Tested with and without solidify modifier (blender)
Also worth noting: I have worn this accessory in older games like: Adopt me, brookhaven, work at a pizza place - no issue. But in newer games like fisch, blade ball, you can definitely see these edges.
Run out of ideas, but hopefully someone can point in the right direction. Any help is much appreciated.
