I recently had one of my items get deleted, and when I appealed it. It got accepted, although the item is still deleted. Can someone help me understand what is going on? I contacted support but they are yet to respond, and I fear my robux earned from that item will be refunded.
It almost seems as this was done intentionally by Roblox by their system accepting the appeal yet not reinstating it still, and few other creator friends of mine have experienced this. It seems almost as they are trying to block creators from receiving robux earned from UGC. By purposefully not reinstating an item that has been appealed.
Which also makes me have a question regarding the refund systems. So if an item is deleted do the players who receive refunds for it get it from my pending balance? Or would the amount that unpended in my account also be refunded to them?
For example: There is 1M rbx pending, and I have 800K rbx unpended from the item. Would just the pending get refunded or everything?
