Hello everyone, is there an issue with Roblox’s pending UGC moderation right now? Mine has been stuck in review for a day, even though it usually gets approved within 2–10 minutes.

It’s the weekend, it usually takes longer on Saturdays and Sundays.

I have the same problem, I’ve been waiting for several hours, even on weekends it never took this long, so I suspect there is some problem with it now.

Not really, it’s just unusual when something that normally takes a few minutes suddenly takes over a day, we ask because it’s out of the ordinary, not because we can’t wait.

ugc moderation doesn’t typically take over 24 hours to clear. There is clearly an issue here, and creators are well within their right to report it. No one is “throwing a fit” here.

If it takes over 24 hours to clear moderation, it could actually mean it failed to pass moderation.
I’ve had items pend infinitely, and I didn’t figure out until days later that they weren’t pending, but rather failed to pass moderation. Never got a warning or ban for it either.

For some reason UGC Pend usually take hours or a day now other than minutes. i can confirm this after uploading 7 ugcs thinking something was wrong. decided to leave it a bit then after i woke up they all pended. [ 2 was uploaded 3 hours ago in a time frame and the other rest of 5 was uploaded later at the same time ]
im not sure if Roblox changed its moderation to take longer because of recent “controversies” if they quietly updated the pending UGC review system, or if something just went wrong lately with their moderation. but its just really just a guess on my end to be honest [ i genuinely suggest just to wait it out for awhile ]

Another update: I uploaded my UGC 18 minutes ago and it just pended now. I think the moderation just takes time. sometimes it’s a few minutes, sometimes it’s hours. probably depends on the mesh it self

Yeah, moderation has definitely been strange lately, mine used to get approved really fast, but now the timing feels completely random. It could be an update or something going on with the review system
Also try not to upload the same UGC more than once, it might trigger a false ban.
From what I’ve seen, the safest thing we can do right now is just wait it out.

Yeah, I learned my lesson about uploading UGC too fast, ty tho!! Also my group is still new and I’ve only had 3k Robux pend so far. the other 26k hasn’t pended yet. I only started being able to pend Robux now after a month of verification (which is stupid). Do you know why the 26k robux hasn’t pended yet??
You’re welcome! From my experience, the pending system is really inconsistent, and I think it also depends on the source of the funds, for example, shirts and accessories usually don’t go through that “40% method” delay. Personally, I just stopped tracking my pending at this point xD

Yeah I am too. It’s been taking way too long recently. It’s been taking 10+ hours for it to finish pending. Really inconvenient when I’m trying to upload and promote it the same day. It use to be a few minutes or 1 hour.
