UGC registered as a different texture than last seen

Hello,

I registered a green-eyed bundle item, but it was mistakenly registered as a black-eyed bundle item.
The Item ID I created when registering the green-eyed item is the same as the ID for the black-eyed item.

I wrote to Roblox support, thinking that an unknown Roblox error occurred during the upload process. But I’ve been getting the same mail for a couple of days saying that the creator has to check and upload it carefully and that they can’t help.

What I confirmed in the studio was the texture of green eyes, but since it became black eyes after uploading. So I think this is not my mistake, it is a clear Roblox error. I would be grateful if you could check it out.

Hello @yungzrk ! It seems that this issue is still occurring.
To provide some details that might help with fixing it.
When I first insert the image ID of an eye texture with black color into the SurfaceAppearance’s ColorMap, then duplicate that character, and afterward replace the ColorMap’s image ID with another eye texture of a different color (for example, blue or pink) and upload the dynamic head — that’s when the issue occurs!
