UGC Rejected for Tattoos but UGC has no Tattoos

I created a dynamic head for the character Sukuna from Jujutsu Kaisen. The first version I submitted had gotten rejected for having tattoos, which would be the face markings the character has. There are heads of this character with his facial markings that have been approved on the market for other UGC creators. But I went ahead and made a new version without the markings, only for it to be rejected again for having tattoos.

Original Head:

Updated Head with no Tattoos:

Rejected for Tattoos:

This confuses me because I removed the markings, so what tattoos is it talking about? The only things on the head are eyebrows, four eyes, a nose, and a mouth.

Is this a bug? Could the validation system think it’s the exact same as the rejected head making it be auto-rejected? If not, I’m not sure what to change that will allow this head to get approved.

Thank you so much for looking into this!

I’m having more issues with Roblox’s review system. I tried to upload another head earlier today and it also got rejected and I have no idea why.

This is the head:

It won’t even let me appeal this.

All it says is “Misusing Roblox Systems” but that’s not helpful to me because I don’t know what part of my head is misusing Roblox’s systems. I lost access to even upload UGC’s for a day. I’m worried if this is going to negatively affect my account. I don’t want to get banned. I’m not trying to misuse Roblox’s systems. I just want to make dynamic heads. I’m at a loss at what could be wrong with the heads I’m making that’s getting them rejected. It’s becoming frustrating to try and upload UGCS and I’m afraid of losing access to DevEx or my account because of this.
