UGC Subscriptions cannot be properly reported from mobile (auto-submits without report interface)

When attempting to report UGC subscriptions from the experience store section on mobile devices, the report flow does not function as expected. Instead of opening the report interface where users can select a report subject and add a comment, the system instantly submits the report and displays the message “Report submitted and will be reviewed by our team shortly.”

This prevents users from providing any context or selecting a reason for the report.

The issue appears to be specific to mobile devices. When performing the same action on desktop/laptop, the correct report interface is shown, allowing subject selection and comment input.

Additionally, when reporting other types of content on mobile, the proper reporting interface appears as expected. The issue is isolated to UGC subscriptions.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Roblox on a mobile device

  2. Navigate to an experience that has UGC subscriptions (for example, Adopt Me! Sorry, that’s the only game that comes to mind right now.. also, sorry for the false reports, I swear it was only for testing purposes :skull_and_crossbones::folded_hands:t2:)

  3. Go to the “Store” section

  4. Attempt to report a UGC Subscription

  5. Observe the result

Expected Behavior:
The standard report interface should open on mobile, allowing the user to select a report subject and add a comment before submitting when reporting UGC subscriptions (like the one shown below when I report one from my laptop)

Hi Yavuz,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’ll take a look and circle back if we have any updates!

thanks for always handling reports like this :folded_hands:t2::pregnant_man:t2:

also, i highly doubt this falls under your expertise, but in ugc subscription details, on the website and in the pc application, the game’s name is shown under the subscription; for example, “Adopt Me!” whereas on mobile, it shows the name of the person or group who created the game

on pc and the website, it’s like this:

but on mobile, it’s like this:

Hey Yavuz,

We’re working on adding the report flow to the subscription report. It may take a few weeks for you to actually see it due to the app release schedule.

I also forwarded your feedback to the relevant team about the difference between web and app in the text shown in the subscription details. Thanks for the catch!
