I have a problem with my UGC item not displaying a thumbnail everywhere I look, in the avatar editor, asset place and anywhere on the website, when I followed the exact same steps and double checked I did this UGC item right (Before this I did another UGC item that turned out perfectly with a correct thumbnail). Do you happen to know if this is temporary? I really don’t want to resubmit and republish for it to be broken/not fix anything. As a starting out UGC creator I am scared this will affect my sales, as when I search the item it comes up but with no thumbnail.
This is how it looks like when I try upload it to roblox, looks the same as how I set the UGC thumbnail to be.
Try on button works, but it shows it as empty

Expected behavior
If possible without having to republish/reupload engineers can resolve the issue on my asset, maybe with myself providing the Thumbnail Configuration. This would be the best outcome and I presume a easy fix.
