UGC Thumbnail not showing

My item thumbnail image doesn’t show, I have seen a old topic about it but I guess this has comeback.

Expected behavior

If everything was working correctly, my UGC thumbnail should show up as it works in try on or 3D view

Quick question did you have a ThumbnailCamera in the actual model

The issue is still somewhat happening, if I refresh sometimes I see it, sometimes I don’t, however in the preview of the item (small one) I really don’t see it anytime
