UGC Upload Error – Caging Issues Appearing After Successful Tests

I am a UGC Creator and recently made a jacket with proper weights and cages that worked perfectly in Blender and Roblox Studio before upload. After uploading, unexpected caging errors appeared despite no prior issues. I spent a substantial amount of Robux re-uploading and testing, assuming it was my fault, but confirmed the problem isn’t on my end. I duplicated the same working jacket eight times, and while some uploads work, others show errors, proving the issue originates from Roblox’s upload process.

Expected behavior

I expected the upload process to preserve the same functionality and integrity of the asset as tested in Studio, with no additional caging errors introduced by the system.

Thank you for the report. Can you help provide asset ids or fbx files, and repro steps which will help us to investigate further if this a validation cage error or a visual issue you are observing? Video recording will also help for us to troubleshoot further.

when are you seeing these errors? Do you mean that your asset passes Studio validation and fails in validation after upload? Or do you manage to upload your asset and have an asset id created for it, and then in-game you see errors?

Hello this error was fixed by Reuploading everything which was another 15k robux on my part, But now im facing the same issue again and will make a new post about it
