I’m downloading a wig that my friend bought from a curator.
I uploaded 3 ugcs and after that, it shows me this error
The problem is that thousands of people are waiting for this hair on her group and it bothers us to let them wait.

The error explains itself, you’ve basically used more triangle intersections on your mesh than Roblox allows you to, means that there are more than 578 intersections on your mesh, you can edit the mesh to decrease the amount of triangle intersections. This limitation is probably for performance reasons, and maybe for preventing rule exploits.
I don’t know if it can solve this problem but you can try to using Decimate Modifier tool in Blender to “reduce the vertex/face count of a mesh with minimal shape changes”.
