Rank Information
Below you will find information regarding our rank structure and the description of each rank in our group performs.
Customer: This is the default rank given upon joining our group.
Noted Customer: This role is only given to individuals who have significantly contributed to Ugdon. It is also given to former High Ranks and Leadership members.
Trainee: This role is given after completion of our trainee applications. To achieve a further rank you must attend and pass a training session.
Junior Chef: Obtaining this role means you have successfully completed a training session. You’re responsible for assisting and serving customers.
Skilled Chef: You have earned the equivalent number of points (50) in order to be promoted to this position. You’re responsible for assisting and serving customers.
Experienced Chef: You have earned the equivalent number of points (150) in order to be promoted to this position. You’re responsible for assisting and serving customers.
Master Chef: You have earned the equivalent number of points (300) in order to be promoted to this position. You’re responsible for assisting and serving customers.; however, you’re now eligible to be promoted to a Kitchen Assistant. Members apart of this position must remain professional and signify dedication.
Restaurant Assistant: This is the first rank of our Middle Rank structure. In order to obtain this role, you must signify excellence in certain characteristics. Individuals a part of this rank are tasked with specific responsibilities.
Supervisor: This is the second rank of our Middle Rank structure. In order to obtain this role, you must signify excellence in certain characteristics. Individuals a part of this rank are tasked with specific responsibilities.
Assistant Manager: This is the third rank of our Middle Rank structure. In order to obtain this role, you must signify excellence in certain characteristics. Individuals a part of this rank are tasked with specific responsibilities.
General Manager: This is the fourth and final rank of our Middle Rank structure. In order to obtain this role, you must signify excellence in certain characteristics. Individuals a part of this rank are tasked with specific responsibilities. General Managers are in designated aspiration departments.
Executive Assistant: This is the first rank of our High Rank structure. Individuals with this role are assigned a specific department, either Staff Management or Public Relations. This role is significant to the operations of Ugdon and they have proved their leadership characteristics in order to obtain this role.
Executive Officer: This is the second rank of our High Rank structure. Individuals with this role are a department Co-Lead, either Staff Management or Public Relations. They have proven their ability to devote themselves to Ugdon and provided the necessary needs to obtain this role.
Executive Director: This is the third rank and final of our High Rank structure. Individuals with this role are a department Lead, either Staff Management or Public Relations. They have proven their ability to devote themselves to Ugdon and provided the necessary needs to obtain this role.
Vice President: This is the first rank a part of our Leadership Team structure. Vice Presidents are the overseers of a designated department, either Staff Management or Public Relations. Individuals with this role have significantly contributed to Ugdon and proven their abilities to acquire this role.
President: This is the second rank a part of our Leadership Team structure. Presidents overview all of Ugdons internal and external operations. Individuals with this role have significantly contributed to Ugdon and proven their abilities to acquire this role.
Co Owner: This is the third rank a part of our Leadership Team structure. Co Owners oversee all Ugdon operations while first-handedly assisting the Owner. Individuals with this role have significantly contributed to Ugdon and proven their abilities to acquire this role.
Owner: This is the fourth and final rank a part of our Leadership Team structure. The Owner is the founder and establishment owner. This role is unobtainable.
