On the DevForum, topics correctly display posts and replies in strict chronological order by default. However, there is an annoying UI rendering glitch when interacting with the “reveal replies” feature under a parent post. When a user clicks to expand/reveal a reply directly under its parent, the reply container appears beneath the parent post as expected, but the exact same reply also remains visible in its original chronological spot down the timeline. This causes the same message to be rendered twice simultaneously on the page, cluttering the thread layout.
Expected behavior
The UI should cleanly render the expanded context without causing visual duplication, layout clutter, or rendering bugs on the chronological feed.
