UI defaulting to 800x600 when scale on both X and Y is set to one

Currently I am working on creating UI, and when I set the size of a frame to 1,1 (Translates to 1,0,1,0 effectively). The frame displays in properties as 1,0,1,0, but it is only displaying as 800x600. My current resolution set for my view port is 2560x1440.

When setting the view port size to lower than the amount the frame is defaulting to, the frame maintains 800x600.

As it can be seen here the bug is exclusively within this place

System information(I don’t think this is relevant):
GPU: 3060ti

Expected behavior

When setting the frame size to 1,0,1,0, the frame becomes 2560x1440.

(I hope I am not being an idiot)

A private message is associated with this bug report

As this is currently an active project that I am working on, I placed the game file into the private messages with Roblox engineers.

Never mind I found the issue:

When you have a lower view port size and disable the Screen GUI. After switching screen resolutions, the screengui does not update its absolute size.

Enabling the ScreenGui sets the absolute size back to the view port size.

Sorry about being stupid and wasting your time.
