Roblox VR users are unable to access voice chat right now after recent updates. VR users are unable to talk and cannot hear others.
Unable to access Microphone
In order to chat with voice, go to your OS Settings to allow Roblox to use the microphone
Seems to happen on both PCVR and Meta Quest (tested on ALVR/Meta Quest 3S)
do what it says bru. enable roblox to have microphone access in the app settings and it’ll work
Voice chat works fine when in normal flatscreen mode. (forgot to mention this, apologizes)
second this, roblox already has access to mic and works fine in flat mode yet can’t access mic in vr for some reason
happening to me aswell, i cant communicate with friends properly and for some reason vr standalone doesnt enable my vc either (on standalone theres no error though)
Sorry for the trouble! I’ve rolled back a change that should hopefully sort out the issues. Could you try again and let me know if it is fixed?
