Unable to adjust, delete or upload thumbnails on Experience Details Page

I am unable to adjust the order, upload or delete any thumbnails on the Experience Details Page of one specific game on my community.
I can however adjust the thumbnails on the Home Page section.
This issue is specific to one game on the community. I’m able to adjust the thumbnails perfectly fine on others, so I don’t believe it’s a permission problem.

Another member in the group with all permission is also having the exact same issue.

The issue was that the game’s video preview was owned by my account, but the game is owned by the group. We removed it and will upload it again on Orange’s account.
