I am on the account which owns the group which owns a game. When I go to the settings for this game on this account, and click on Collaborators, it says “You need permission to access this content”, “Contact the owner to grant you access or switch accounts”.
I’m on the account that quite literally owns the group, so.
I verified you have all permissions to update everything for the game. you should be able to access the permissions page and update. I believe this may be a surface issue.
Can you help confirm if the group selection in https://create.roblox.com matches the group of the experience? (see screenshot attached).
If it doesn’t, can you switch to the Godai-Team (the group owning the game) and retry updating permissions?
The issue resolved itself after some rather peculiar behavior, whether or not you can attribute this to my isp or something backend related is up to you, but I’ll describe it now:
Context, throughout this entire sequence, my wifi was fine and not stuttery
→ In the Configure page for the game in Studio, nothing was loading. I received the three loading cubes permanently.
→ This followed with again, the Collaborators page being blocked for me for about 20 minutes or so.
→ Issue persisted after numerous logins and browser restarts.
After about 15 - 20 minutes, it stopped happening, and I had all the expected permissions as group holder.
I’m gonna go ahead and mark this thread as solved for now, thank you for your time, and do with my information as you please.
