To keep things simple. My OLD group gives everyone the “old” default member role when they join. A new group I made, doesn’t do that. I think we should be allowed to give everyone a role upon joining that is automatically assigned.
The problem is, the default “Memeber” group role can’t be viewed in the members list. This makes group pages look weird.
A simple fix would be allowing Community Owners to enable a role that’s automatically assigned by default when people join their group.
Expected behavior
Members should be automatically assigned to a Role with number [1] if the group has one/the group members page should show the “members” role in the group members list.
