Unable to ban specific user from specific game

I first noticed this issue after seeing this user exploiting in our game. I have never had any issues like this before.

1. Navigate to the specific game
2. Attempt to ban the user ID from the ban page
3. Add details as desired (check ban all alts, add a reason)
4. You should see a vague “There was a problem banning users” popup.

The browser console says it’s specifically a 429 too many requests error (specifically to an API), however this error happens regardless of when or how little you’re attempting to ban the user, as I have waited over half a day between attempts.
This does not happen for other games or other users (I can still ban other IDs on this game, and ban that ID on other games)

Currently running Chrome 139 on Windows 10

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to ban this user with no issues
