We have a number of 18+ players in our game who are unable chat with other 18+ in our experience. For example, user id 3634512079 is a 21+ verified user. However, he is able to chat with less than 30% of other 18+ verified users in our servers. We cannot identify any reasons for this.

Thanks for filing. This is the second report we’ve gotten like this. It’s possible this is a side-effect of being in a partial rollout state. If you still see this issue happening on Wednesday please update this thread
