Reproduction Steps
The dev console in portrait mode is not able to be closed once open.
The close button is covered by an invisible frame, and the main menu is positioned behind the dev console frame when opened.
Expected Behavior
To be able to click the X button
Actual Behavior
The X button cannot be pressed
