Unable To Close Job Posting

I am completely unable to close out my job postings on the Talent Hub.

I have tried this on both Google Chrome on a Windows PC and Safari on an iPhone.

This is occurring on both of my open job postings. I am trying to close these out and select who I hired for the posting, and it won’t let me close. Hitting the ‘Yes’ button does absolutely nothing. I have tried not selecting any options when trying to close the post, and that worked once. It lets me close out the job if I DON’T select who I hired… sometimes.

Expected behavior

I would like to change the status of an open job post to Closed; however, I am unable to do so when also attempting to select the person who I hired for said job. It lets me close the posting out if I do not select a person, sometimes. It is very inconsistent.

Thanks for reporting this. When selecting someone as hired from the list, the job isn’t automatically closed, as there may be more than one person hired for the role. We recognize the current flow is confusing, the dialog and messaging don’t clearly convey this behavior.

We’re actively working on a new and improved Talent Hub experience, which will address issues like this. That said, we won’t be updating the existing flow, so I’ll be closing this one out. Thanks for your patience.
