Unable to configure accessories of the group

A friend of mine can’t configure accessories in their group “09.30”, specifically mentioning Hair Accessories, and specifically mentioning their group. Any click on an asset returns an unknown error page instead.

It may also apply to other asset types, but I didn’t ask or check this.

Additionally, there’s no thumbnails, like they aren’t rendered or something.

Yeah, sure, I’m so sorry for the 4 days delay.

His nick is lessoul. From his words “the problem is that if there is no legacy role for the same permissions as the new ones, then for some reason it only gives an error for accessories”.

This is all I know, can’t give more info atm.

This user requires premium to perform group publishing. Per the current Marketplace Policy, group-publishing users need ID Verification and Premium: Marketplace policy | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub

I’m just curious what do you mean by “publishing”? Since he’s about to configure an already existing asset, not publish it.
