Unable to connect to Team Create places

I can’t connect to any Team create place. I have tried literally anything, and the issue still persists.

We looked into our server logs, it looks like the studio is not joining the team create server. It indicates connection issues on the studio side.

Does your Roblox Client work with the normal game servers ?

Also please DM your studio logs.

The title of the issue is same but the symptoms can be/are different - this is what we’re trying to understand in the current scenario.

Here are some usual suspects - do you have VPN turned on (if so, can you toggle between full tunnel and split tunnel)? Any firewall rules blocking your network? Do you have other collaborators on your team that can join your team create places?

A TC server was created and was able to join after retrying.

Edit: Once more, same exact thing, different place.

This has started happening to me on some places. Has been an issue for 24 hours now. I can join some TC places, others I can’t. No VPN, tried restarting PC, even overnight no fix. Still same places that won’t let me in

EDIT seems to be MORE places today…

EDIT 2 for me, I believe the issue was I had Server authority beta enabled. Unselecting it fixed it
