Unable to create Avatar Creation Tokens

I seem to have a premium 1000 subscription active and I was given a 6 month plus subscription. My account is ID verified and all that. I meet all of the eligibility requirements but I suspect perhaps it’s the dual premium subscriptions causing the issue.

When I go to create an Avatar Creation Token on the dashboard for my game, I’m able to put in a name and description but there are no options in the drop down for what I can create. It just shows a blank, unclickable dropdown sliver. I’d like to integrate UGC customization and purchasing in my game but as you can see that’s not an option at present.

Is the dual premium/plus subscription the issue? If not, what else could this potentially be? Am I blind/missing some trick to this perhaps?

I’m having the same problem, but it wasn’t like this a few days ago, I also have both subscriptions, It wont let me upload any ugcs, even though the validation was successful,

I think it might be a error on robloxs’ side for now, since everything was working fine a few days ago
