Unable to create business account for ad manager

I’m launching the ad manager from my game Notoriety’s Analytics section, and the first step is making an account. I’d like to do this as a business as it feels more appropriate, but am getting hit with an error when I attempt to do so as shown in the screenshot. I opened my network tab and can see the following response as well:

I checked my network tab and found this response, if that helps:

Perhaps I am also misunderstanding the use case here, in which I can create a personal account.

Expected behavior

I’d expect to create a business account with no trouble, given that I indeed own a business, it’s preferable to have my Roblox spending funnel through that.

Hey sorry @Brick_Man if I’m late to the post. Kinda late where I live

Basically what’s happening is personal Roblox accounts, typically set up with individual emails and used for game development, are not compatible with the creation of business advertiser accounts intended for registered businesses.

To resolve this, you should opt for a Personal Advertiser Account, starting by selecting the “Personal” or “Individual” option in the Ad Manager’s account creation screen and completing the necessary tax information setup.
