Unable to Create or Edit Game Passes on One Specific Experience – 504 Upstream Request Timeout

I’m unable to create new Game Passes or edit existing Game Passes on one specific experience.
Game Passes work normally on my other experiences, so the issue appears to be specific to this experience.
Experience: Very Big Obby
ID: 8302488669

When creating a new pass, Creator Dashboard displays:
Pass creation failed. Please inspect the logs or network tab or contact us if this problem persists.

Editing an existing pass also fails with:
Failed to save changes

Checking the Network tab shows the request returning HTTP 504. The response from Roblox is:

I’ve confirmed that creating Game Passes on another experience using the account and browser works correctly.
This seems to be an issue with this particular experience/universe rather than my account or browser.

Expected behavior

Being able to modify and create gamepasses and dev products.

I was planning on releasing today so I decided to transfer the whole game to another experience and recreate it. I think this error occurs when I upload an image because I got the same error when I used an image but I didn’t when I tried not using an image.

Hi, thanks for the report! To clarify, do you get this error when trying to upload any image or one specific image? What happens when you reduce the size of your image?

Ah sorry it’s because the image sizes were 5120 x 5120, I didn’t think to reduce them because it worked in the past. Thanks
