Unable to create Sponsored Ads for my UGC Emote

I recently created a UGC Emote named Spinning-T Pose and I am trying to advertise it on the marketplace. However, I am facing an issue where I cannot create a sponsored ad or advertise it properly. The options seem to be greyed out or unavailable for this specific asset.

Here are the details:

Asset Type: UGC Emote / Animation
Item Link: đź’«Spinning-T Poseđź’« - Roblox
The Problem: The “Create Sponsored Ad” button is not working as intended for this item.

Is anyone else experiencing this with newly uploaded UGC emotes right now? Is there a known bug with sponsoring animation assets or a specific requirement that I might have missed?

Any help or advice on how to fix this or how to properly showcase my emote would be highly appreciated!

Thank you!

you forgot to replace the name of the emote in the template AI gave you ;‎)

as for your bug, it looks like a problem with the roblox frontend, where the API isn’t being sent a CSRF token with the initial request.

Haha good catch with the template! My bad, I was in a rush and just fixed the title

BTW

Thanks a lot for the technical explanation about the CSRF token issue, that makes total sense
Good to know it’s a frontend bug on Roblox’s side and not an issue with my emote. Appreciate the help!
