Unable to delete DataStore when its name contains a slash ("/") β€” Open Cloud API incorrectly parses encoded slash

When using the Roblox Open Cloud API to delete a DataStore, I encountered a problem with DataStore names that contain a slash character (/).
My DataStore name is:

PlayerData/-1

This issue occurs when attempting to call the Delete DataStore endpoint.

According to standard URL rules, encoding the slash as %2F should allow it to be treated as part of the name, but the API seems to treat it differently.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create or have a DataStore whose name contains / (e.g., PlayerData/-1).
  2. Attempt to delete it with the Delete DataStore endpoint:

Attempt 1 β€” raw slash

DELETE https://apis.roblox.com/cloud/v2/universes/{universe-id}/data-stores/PlayerData/-1

Response:

Result: 404 Not Found

Attempt 2 β€” URL-encoded slash

DELETE https://apis.roblox.com/cloud/v2/universes/{universe-id}/data-stores/PlayerData%2F-1

Response:

Result: 400 Bad Request

I reported this the day it came out, it’s still busted
