Try downloading CSV of monthly data
Expected Behavior
I expect (like in the past) for the CSV to be generated within 10-20 seconds
Actual Behavior
I’ll wait 10-15 minutes, only to be greeted with an error. Note, I have tried for the past 3 days, and tried 3-4 times each day. So if it’s telling me to come back later, then that means the first time I tried on January 1st is still trying to load 3 days later… it should not take 3 days for this thing to generate.
I’ve experienced this a couple of times by now. Apparently “long time” can mean anything from a couple of minutes to over a week. Super annoying for sure, but just waiting and checking in later has worked for me.
I am also unable to successfully generate CSVs for Monthly Revenue Data.
If I select a month that has been previously generated, I can still download it.
But if I select a month that I have not yet generated, it continuously says “Generating…” on the button. After a while I get the red text Generating CSVs can take a long time. Your request has been queued and will continue in the background. Check back later to download the CSV. Then after some more time, it will display the “Error Generating CSV” message.
