Unable to edit specific place in Team Create, eventually times out with "Server did not start."

Recently I was trying to open a specific place in Team Create, but was entirely unable to. While the place is owned by another user, I have been granted Edit access, and as far as I’m aware nothing prevents me from collaborating with the owner. (nobody is actively editing the place either) The modal stalls for at least 2 minutes, before timing out with a generic error saying “Server did not start.”

All other places open in Team Create just fine, even other places under the same universe. The root place of this specific game is the only one that is affected as far as I know.

I wasn’t able to download the place via the Asset Delivery API until I specified a version other than the latest saved one. When downloading the latest version, it claimed the asset wasn’t approved?? This confused me since nothing else I checked gave any indication that the game was moderated – I’m even able to join it on accounts with neither playtest nor edit permissions.

In my case downloading the 2nd latest version was a reasonable workaround – the game isn’t being maintained anymore, I just wanted to reuse some code I wrote for it in the past. I’m unsure if saving over the game would resolve the problem since I have literally no reason to update the affected place.

System information seems irrelevant to this issue since I’m pretty sure it’s a backend issue. If it actually is needed to investigate this issue, I am willing to provide it though!

Expected behavior

The place should open in team create properly, or at least give a descriptive error message in a reasonable amount of time.

@enderrpearl Hi! Thanks for the report. It does look like the latest version was indeed moderated on our end. That explains while it isn’t loading up.
