Unable to get ahold of support for several days after genuine mistake (100+ CCU)

Hello,

I am the lead developer of Arcade Island on Roblox that was placed under review Friday morning. The game is featured in the Roblox Creator Spotlight and on the Creator Hub.

As I am aware time is of the essence, I submitted a support ticket (#127313582) and resolved the issue within hours (even while in the ER due to a medical emergency!) However, I have yet to receive any update.

This is the 2nd time the game has been under review, (previously due to a moderation error, this time for a genuine mistake with a YouTube API integration) and it is taking far longer to get in touch with someone this time. As time continues, this is becoming both increasingly costly and concerning.

As this game is nearly the sole source of income to plan for my future postgrad, it is critical the game can get back online as soon as possible.

Is there anything I can do to speed up this process? I understand moderation teams are often busy, but this downtime is becoming extremely costly to my future goals. Thank you!

Hey so, before you think a about doing anything else do not spam open other tickets hoping one will get replied to faster. This only further slows the process. I would refer you to DevRel but they only escalate tickets once regular support has replied.

The only thing you can do right now is just be patient and wait.
