When i visit a 17+ or 18+ game it shows that it is locked and to verify my age, tho when i go into my settings of my account it says “Age Group: 18+ Age Checked” so how is that possible that i need to verify? also i don’t have an “Verify My Age” option on both the mobile app and on computer.

Can you confirm whether the issue is related to this or not? I thought this was the root cause, since I’m someone experiencing the same issue.
I linked the cause to my account location because I live in Türkiye (Turkey) and my account location is set to Türkiye. Even though I’m ID verified and old enough to join those experiences, there’s no other reason I shouldn’t have access other than not being able to join due to local regulations:
I am in none of the following countries u mentioned, I’m from Canada. I don’t think my issue has to do with country.
Have you tried logging out and back in, or clearing your cache? I’ve had the same issue myself, and these steps helped me fix it. You might also want to check your Privacy & Content Restrictions settings, as they can sometimes block access to certain games. If it still doesn’t work after that, contacting Roblox Support directly is the best way to get help.
