Unable to join certain team create server

this error just happen today none of people who has access to this “test server” able to join in

Roblox Studio is consistently unable to join an existing Team Create session for a specific place. Studio returns a timeout during connection and fails to initialize the Team Create server, resulting in a hard block on collaborative development.

This occurs before the place loads and is not resolved by retrying.

Exact Error Message:

“We could not join the Team Create session for place [14711534718]. Timeout on connect, unable to initialize Team Create server: code 0”

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Roblox Studio.
2. Attempt to open the affected place with Team Create enabled.
3. Studio attempts to join the Team Create session.
4. Connection times out and fails with error code 0.

Expected Result:
Studio should successfully initialize and connect to the Team Create server.

Actual Result:
Connection times out; Team Create server fails to initialize. Development is blocked.

Reproducibility:

• 100% reproducible on this place
• Occurs across multiple retries
• Persists across Studio restarts

Environment:

• Platform: macOS
• Roblox Studio: Latest stable release
• Network: Stable broadband (no local connectivity issues observed)
• Account permissions: Full edit access

Impact:

• Completely blocks collaborative development
• Prevents any Team Create workflow

Experiencing this issue too, and my case seems to be from a corrupted place file. I downloaded my version from version history as a placefile, and opened it, and the error appeared. If i try to open the actual game it gives this error.

Just sharing an update: We’re still investigating this issue. It appears to affecting only a small minority of places but affects them consistently. It’s still unclear exactly what the cause is but I would expect to have this issue resolved by EOD (we’re willing to wager our sleep on this).

Sorry to hear that,. This is affecting a small minority of places so we’re not considering this a site-wide issue. I’ll do my best to post updates here. Our on-call engineers are 100% focused on this right now so this issue should get resolved as soon as it can reasonable be resolved.
