Description of Issue: when using the Roblox app on android downloaded from the Google play store for a while, you’ll eventually have an issue trying to join a private server. To fix it you have to close out of Roblox from recent apps or force stop it then reopen it. This is extremely annoying.
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to join a private server without issue or an option to retry. Here’s a video do the expected behavior when attempting to join a private server.

- Is it specific to a particular Android model?
- How long does the app normally run before you encounter the issue?
Thank you for taking the time to submit this issue.

ive had this issue also. ive used Moto G pure, Moto G play, and moto G 5g with this issue.
I’m not sure. I use a Samsung fe23.
It isnt a fixed duration. Sometimes it could be five minutes. Others could be ten minutes.
It happened again tk me. I believe I figured out the culprit. For whatever reason, if you open up the Roblox app. Click on a game. Then go to a different app whole keeping the Roblox app open I’m background then tabbing back to Roblox it will throw this error.

Yes. I encounter this issue when I try to join a server manually from the Servers list. Clicking the Play button on the game page does not throw this issue.
