Title says it all. I speak on behalf of my friend since he does not use the devforum.
He’s able to play roblox just fine on his phone, but it just won’t run in the desktop.
He’s met with this error:
He’s not able to open roblox.com either.
Things we’ve tried:
any solution to this? we genuinely need help.

I think it might be because of bloxstrap? I heard a bit ago that roblox got mad at it or something, but I hardly remember, but that’s my best bet if he cant open the website either

Bloxstrap is not affiliated with Roblox, and therefore we cannot provide support for it. Perhaps Bloxstrap support can help you out.
Having said that, for testing, please try removing Bloxstrap and starting the client normally. If the client is having issues, then we will be happy to look into the issue.
Figured it out, some kind of deal with people in Iraq. Apparently DNS issue was common to all of Iraq, and now has resolved itself on its own.
