Unable to login due to unknown error, if using Firefox browser

Since yesterday, whenever I try logging in to my Roblox account using Firefox, a verification puzzle shows up where I need to match a symbol with the same symbol shown on the person winning the sprint’s shirt. After I complete the puzzle correctly, I’m still unable to login due to an unknown error

I’ve tried:

  • Clearing history, cookies and cache multiple times
  • Disabling my extensions
  • Restarting my PC, and retrying the steps above

So far, using Edge on the same PC has allowed me to login without issues

I’ve got great news: I was able to login today, while using Firefox, without encountering any issues :grin:

Unfortunately, I’m once again experiencing this issue, although this time I’m getting the ruler puzzle

These puzzles are quite annoying, I don’t know why Roblox suspects that I’m a robot :robot:

This issue has been fixed once again :grin:
