Unable to mouse-over "Playing Game" dropdown on friends list when window is small due to scrollbar

When the Roblox website is open in a smaller window, a scrollbar appears on the “Friends” section. However, when the scrollbar does appear, the dropdown containing the game they’re playing disappears if your mouse isn’t within an absurdly small area. I’ve been able to reproduce 100% of the time.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open https://www.roblox.com/home
  2. Resize roblox so that a scrollwheel appears on the Friends horizontal list
  3. Move your mouse over a friend that is currently playing a game
  4. Move your mouse over the popup, not exactly over the triangle
