Unable to open Roblox studio

I am unable to launch Roblox Studio

If i try to launch Roblox Studio, the Roblox Studio launcher will crash and send that error message.

I have tried :
Restarting the PC
Uninstalling Studio through windows
Deleted local files
But none of them worked, does anybody here know a solution that doesn’t force me to reinstall Windows itself?

Same result, it won’t start up

Problem solved, reinstalling using a VPN somehow allows the studio to download the file they can’t access
