The group is over 2 weeks old. From my own experience with group payouts, they’re normally allowed after about 2 weeks. But with this group, I still get the error:
“X is currently restricted from using one-time and recurring payments. This may be due to insufficient funds, the age of the group, or something else. Please check back later.”
Everything is set up correctly. There are no visible restrictions, and I’ve had no issues with payouts in other groups. This one seems bugged.
As of today for me (July 17th) when writing this, it’s been over a month since I started earning Robux in the group — that began on June 13th.
Please assist in resolving this so that I may pay my team partner and myself!

you indeed are eligible for payout. However, the goupId is different from what you provided to us. If you are talking about this group, then it shall be 652729076, but not 7899995193. GroupId= 7899995193 is actually not a valid group.
Thanks for sharing, we got your screenshot. So we are investigating your issue. However, don’t worry about the robux, I can assure you the robux is there and all the fund is good.
im having the same problem, group is Earth Element - Roblox and i got more than 50k robux in there. i noticed this issue about a month ago. the group was made more than 6 months ago btw
