My group “games that hook” is nearly a month old. Yet group payouts are still restricted even though the group is sufficiently old as well as there being funds in the group. The game under the group which the funds originate from has around 2 million visits averaging 2000 CCU a day.
This group does not meet the current age requirement for accessing group payouts so this is expected. Please wait a few more days and this group will become eligible.
As this is a duplicate of a number of recent reports - I’m curious if you can share where you saw the 2 weeks threshold?
I think most people are getting the 2 weeks threshold from the amount of time it takes a new group member to be eligible for payouts.
I also feel that the time taken for a group to become eligible for payouts has always been around 2 weeks from my experience, and it is only recently where I am hearing from a lot of people that their groups are taking a lot longer to become eligible.
