Unable to Reactivate a Long-standing Private Server after game outage

I’ve had an existing free private server on the game, Arcade Island for several months. About two weeks ago, the dev of the game said Roblox brought it down for about 38 hours (reason not given). However, when the game came back online, my private servers on both my main and alt accounts will NOT activate when refreshing and selecting configure to allow joining.

When selecting the game, (Arcade Island [Working Arcade] - Roblox), then Servers, then refreshing Private Servers, my private server appears, as inactive. When I click on the three dots to configure it, and toggle the Allow Joining button, it gives the error Unable to change private server status. This is only occurring on this game and all of my other private servers are fine. I have way less than 100 free servers. I was able to create a private server on another account for the time being.

This same exact thing happened on another game last month, Cornerstone Arcade. However, at that time, Customer Support sent the ticket to tech support, who just asked me for a screen recording which I sent. About 24 hours later, the problem cleared, but it seems it was spontaneous, because the next day, tech support asked me more questions about the issue. I told them the problem had cleared, and that ended that encounter. They never said if they had to intervene.

Below is the link to the you tube video of the screen recording.

This occurs on any device, Windows PC, IOS, MacOs, I even tried it on an Android tablet and same problem. Have cleared Roblox cache, deleted, reinstalled, rebooted, Tried different networks. Occurs in both the web and app versions of the game. Chrome, Safari, Edge yield same results. There are no extra extensions, plug-ins, etc.

Expected behavior

When selecting Configure, then, toggling the Allow Joining button, it should turn on and allow the private server to activate.
