Unable to recieve emails from <support-en@roblox.com>

My email account (provided in the private message) has not received any support tickets nor confirmation emails from Roblox Support’s domain support-en@roblox.com since 12/1. The last ticket I had received was Roblox Support Ticket 144071825, Here is an image of the final message in said ticket:

Note: this issue is only affecting the support-en@roblox.com domain, not other Roblox domains like no-reply@roblox.com or accounts@roblox.com.

I should mention that before this issue occurred, whenever I sent in a support ticket my inbox would be flooded with tickets as seen in the following image:

I had also created a separate topic regarding this issue while I was still able to access the forums with @Everdreamer here: Not receiving Support confirmation emails or support emails in general

Steps to reproduce:

  • Go to Roblox Support
  • Provide an email address, pick and describe issue
  • Click “Continue

Expected behavior

I expect that whenever I send in a support email, Roblox sends me a ticket confirmation email stating they have received the request to the provided email, and will get back to me whenever they send out support responses through email.

Um, was your account compromised? That’s the email you get when you threaten Roblox support with serious threats or try extorting them.

It is??!

Oh god while writing this I just checked the messages preceding that final message. That was the day I filled out a support request telling roblox my account was compromised and I got this message

I confirmed I sent the email because I thought I was confirming my Roblox account was hacked and followed it up with this

Maybe they thought I was talking about my email account or something when I meant my roblox account? I swear I never threatened any legal actions or extortions against them!

Someone sent serious threats to Roblox support using your email on the support form. To prevent someone just putting in your email to try and get you banned they send you an email to confirm you actually sent it. Since you replied to it saying you sent it, you were blacklisted from support.

Shoot!!! I didn’t even think that was a possibility!

What do I do?! How do I contact them and tell them what happened?!

Edit: Just changed my password for my gmail account

Try writing in the ticket saying did you not made it that request, and submit another ticket on the description on the form then tell what happened.

They can’t submit another ticket if they already are not receiving any confirmation emails?

The op should try checking the client for the mentioned email most probably did get it blocked for spam.

I’m being told by other people that if I was blacklisted I would’ve received a message saying I was, so maybe I’m safe from that, but it still wouldn’t explain the nearly two weeks of ghosting…

My primary account just got reinstated with no notification but my email is still being ghosted. Going to keep this updated until this issue is fixed.
