Unable to reply on certain topic categories

So I am currently having trouble contacting a fellow developer due to Roblox chat restrictions. BUT, this is not the issue. The real issue is that in the collaboration category for topics I am unable to reply to any posts because the reply button isn’t there, including on my own portfolio where I usually make most of my business inquiries before moving to PMs. Which brings us to the next issue, the message button isn’t showing up. I have no idea if this is an update or what, but I can’t find it.

Expected behavior

I just want to be able to reply in all topic categories and PM people.

You have to be 18+ to use the Collaboration category.

The other issue is PM’s, does that require 18+ as well?

Private Messages also might be 18+, but only forum moderation can make DMs to 13-17 users.
