My other friends who are over the age of 18 with their age verified on Roblox are able to send explicit messages through the Roblox chat feature online. I am unable to do so as my explicit messages get moderated, despite me being 20 years of age.
Below is a screenshot of the verified-age response which states my age of 20 years, and then “isSeventeenPlus” being false, which should be true. I am not sure if this is the reason why my explicit messages are not going through, and maybe the “isSeventeenPlus” is something you check for every message sent which would cause this problem.
