Unable to set UGC on-sale

Hello,

I have a UGC which I wish to set on sale for Christmas. However, even after owning premium, I’m unable to set it for sale as even after pressing “On Sale” as enabled, the save button remains greyed out, and I am unable to press it.

Please kindly guide me through how to fix this and get this on the marketplace. Thanks!

Expected behavior

I expect the save button to work when I set the “on sale” button to true, especially after owning a premium

Hi @L3G3NDARY_STARITE, thanks for the bug report! We’ve implemented a fix for the issue preventing you from putting your item on sale.

Please refresh the page on your end and try setting the item to “On Sale” again.
