Unable to upload animations

Every time I attempt to upload an animation, I receive this error:

Happens in every place and no matter who I select as the owner of the animation.

System Info:

GTX 1060
Intel I5-8300H 2.30 GHZ
Windows 10

Same issue here, but with meshes. Cannot import meshes, or load MeshParts with a MeshId, giving “Internal” errors:
MeshContentProvider failed to process https://assetdelivery.roblox.com/v1/asset?id=X because ‘could not fetch’
I suspect its related?

Is that happened during Sat?

There was few hours outage on our system last Sat but resolved later, dis this error constant for you even for now?
